RDoc involves the rdoc and ri instruments for building and displaying on-line documentation.

Small enhancements:
· Additional Builders document which consists of an overview of how RDoc will work and how to incorporate new characteristics to RDoc.
· Enhanced title for HTML output to consist of --title in the title component.
